Ares Programing Box EFCS & GCS

Using the Ares programming box, AEG rifles can be tuned to a specific battery type using the Ares Electronic Firing Control System (EFCS) or the Gearbox Control System (GCS). Thereby, Li-Po batteries fro example are protected against deep discharge.

Adjustable battery types:
- Ni-Mh
- 2 Cells Li-Poly (Li-Po battery with 7.4 volts)
- 3 Cells Li-Poly (Li-Po 11.1 Volt battery)

Directions:
1. Connect the model with EFCS or GCS on one side and the battery on the other side of the programmer box.
2. Select the desired battery type on the programming box.
4. Press 'Enter' until a beep tone confirms the setting.
5. Now connect the battery to the weapon again. The weapon is now programmed to the chosen battery type and protected from deep discharge.

In addition, various fire modes can be programmed. However, this is only possible with export models, German models can not be customized.

DANGER
Only with export models (without multi-fire selector lever), can the fire modes be reprogrammed!
