You can use the attached withdrawal form however is not mandatory.

In order to observe the revocation period it is sufficient for you to send the message about the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline.
question:I do not like the ordered item. How do I get my money back?

Please note that the returned goods must be intact , complete and packed in its original packaging. If the item show signs of use (such as scratches or washing ), we will be forced to refuse the return.

Please use if possible the return function in your customers account (Overlook-Your orders-Return article). Here you can prepare your articles easily for return and for items, which correspond the requirements, you have the possibility of requesting a "freeway-ticket" directly.

Alternativly you can use the return form which is included in your order. Please fill in the form and check the box back-payment by bank transfer to my account. We only need your bank account number and bank code to transfer the purchase price to your account.

A freeway-ticket can only be sent within Germany. The use of the freeway-ticket abroad is not possible.

After receipt and inspection of your return, a credit will be charged. Please note that it may take two weeks, until the amount of the refund will be credited to your account.

question:An item in my order is defective. What should I do?

Please use if possible the return function in your customers account (Overlook-Your orders-Return article). Here you can prepare your articles easily for return and for items, which correspond the requirements, you have the possibility of requesting a "freeway-ticket" directly.

Please contact our customer service by phone, e-mail or fax service. To ease and quicken the processing please fill out the return form as detailed as possible and note the reason for your complaint. (A few words about the condition of the item are sufficient). You can optionally mark the failure with a piece of colored tape. Please clean defective articles before sending them in. (eg mud on shoes).

Examples:
  • Lap seam is open
  • Airsoft Gun: Broken trigger

After having received your parcel claim, we will replace the item in question or return the defective item to the supplier for repair. In all cases, you will get a replacement as soon as possible.
The Supplier reserves the right to repair, replace or arrange for a credit for a defect item. Please note that the processing time can be approximately two to three weeks, depending on the supplier.Over waiting times we have no control.

Can I get a freeway-ticket?
You can request a freeway-ticket if:

  • the orderd article is damaged
  • the article delivered was not ordered by you.
