Ich kann das Spray nicht empfehlen. Hält man den, auf der Dose vorgeschriebenen, Mindestabstand zur Haut ein, spürt man kaum was und auch sonst kühlt es nicht wirklich.
Da sind die Kälte-Sofortkompressen wesentlich besser.
