The Equator Alpha GTX is world wide the first waterproof, highly breathable tactical boot which combines for the first time the highest heat and moisture release with a lasting protection function. The core of the shoes is the innovative Patrol GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort laminate, which does not need a separate inner lining. The new design allows very low water absorption, exceptional breathability and very fast drying. It is not designed for multi-day missions with heavy baggage, it is more of a particularly light, robust, climate-tolerant boot for operations in hot climates without sacrificing permanent water protection. In addition, this GORE-TEX® boots provide protection from sand and dust as well as unwanted liquids such as sewage and everyday chemicals. The range of uses goes from activities in warm environments to the use by indoor duties.
