The Ballistic M Frame 3.0 is aimed exclusively at military personnel, police and rescue workers. The weight of the glasses has been reduced to less than 30g. Thanks to the narrow strap these glasses can be worn under a PASGT, MICH or comparable helmet. Even under hearing protection and with communication equipment they can be comfortably worn.
The frame and the glasses from Oakley's "Plutonite" polycarbonate grant the protection of the eye area. Offer complete protection from UVA / UVB rays and are coated to prevent condensation. The special geometry of the lenses offers a distortion-free image at all angles.
The gray glass reduces the visible light to 15% and is due to the increased contrast the preferred choice for bright to very bright environments.
The clear glass allows 89% of visible light to penetrate and is therefore particularly suitable for dim to dark environments.
