Surefire's EP3 Sonic Defenders are an impulse hearing protection with the patented filter system Hocks Noise Brake, which allows normal conversations, ambient noise can be perceived nearly unaltered and impulse noises will be lowered to a bearable level.
A further possibility is offered by the stoppers, with their aid all ambient noises will be absorbed (recommendable from 85 Dezibel on, constant noise). The Sonic Defenders are especially appropriate for military use, shooting training etc. and can used at concerts.
