The Trekker Lite II GTX from Aku is an ideal lightweight hiking shoe for day trips. This shoe has a high level of comfort, stability, excellent breathability, solid Vibram sole and a waterproof GORE-TEX membrane.
These boots earned an especially good rating with an overall assessment of 2.2 in a test in August 2013. The rather lightweight shoe is comfortable to wear, functional and durable.
It was the was the cheapest hiking boot in the test, to score in such a class!
