les deux poche sur les cotés sont assez grande pour contenir un bouteille de 1 litre quand la poche n\'est pas bourré au maximum sinon la poche en elle même a une bonne capacité d\'emport et une possibilité de la resserre quand elle est pas remplie , elle possède aussi des passant a l\'intérieur ainsi d\'un élastique pour maintenir un objet un ou une poche hydratation .
