The Duty Collar Chester Rugged Control is designed for quick access to the dog, for that purpose, a wide grip was sewn in the collar. This ensures that you can keep the dog safely and securely under control even at close range without a leash. The handle can be locked in the collar when not in use by Velcro. Inadvertent opening of the collar under load is not possible. The closure and the material are resistant to weathering. There is a Velcro surface for duty or reflective patches
