The MFH IFAK accessory bag is a compact, versatile pouch for first aid supplies, tools, writing utensils, or outdoor gear . The main compartment features an adjustable hook-and-loop flap with a hook-and-loop patch (approx. 5 x 8 cm) for individual labeling. Elastic side straps allow for flexible size adjustment, while a slip pocket with a hook-and-loop closure on the back provides quick access to trauma scissors, a knife, or other tools.
The back panel features a MOLLE attachment loop and two loops with snap fasteners , allowing the pouch to be attached vertically or horizontally to belts, backpacks, or carrying systems. Ideal for law enforcement, outdoor activities, or everyday carry (EDC) gear .
