The Tasmanian Tiger Modular Medic Combat Pack 18 is a compact, tactical emergency backpack specifically designed for quick access and transport of medical equipment . Its wraparound zipper allows the pack to be fully opened, providing optimal access to your gear, even in extreme conditions. The padded back panel and removable, stowable shoulder straps ensure maximum carrying comfort, even when the pack is carried over long distances.

The main compartment contains two removable Tegris® panels , equipped with bungee cord and hook-and-loop fasteners to organize your equipment. There's also a transparent pocket for quick overview, an IV bag pocket , and a patient card pocket .

The backpack offers a variety of front pockets with different internal compartments, including mesh pockets and elastic attachments for additional accessories. MOLLE webbing allows for customized gear configurations. A compression sack at the bottom provides storage for a rescue sheet .

The CORDURA® materials used, as well as the webbing, Velcro fasteners and buckles, in the color stone grey olive IRR, meet the demanding German Armed Forces standards T L 8305-0278 and TL 8305-0281 with regard to the IRR camouflage effect (IRR 650 - 1250nm / 10 - 42%).
