Forestia Vegan Curry with Green Lentils meets the requirements for optimal nutrition under extreme conditions. Preparation with the heater bag included in the delivery:
1. Open the heater bag at the upper marking and place the sealed food pouch inside.
2. Fill the heater bag with water up to the lower marking and then fold the opened part down so that it is closed again.
3. Place the bag on a flat or slightly inclined surface so that the liquid can distribute. After about 30 seconds, the inside of the heater bag will begin to warm up.
4. After about 12 minutes your meal is ready.
