The product presentation by ASMC, especially in brochures, catalogs, advertisements and on the internet, does not yet constitute a binding offer by ASMC.

  1. On our website we inform the buyer about our products. Our offers are subject to change and non-binding, unless they are expressly designated as binding.
  2. Your order to us constitutes an offer to conclude a purchase contract.
    After you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. This confirms receipt of your order and contains the details of your order. The order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer. It merely informs you that we have received your order. The contract is only concluded once the dispatch confirmation has been sent or the goods have been delivered.
    You can still check for input errors before finally submitting your offer (step 3 in the ordering process: place order) by reviewing the summary of your order and correcting it directly, or by using your browser’s “Back” button to return to the previous page and make changes there.
    The goods are then prepared for dispatch and you will receive an order confirmation / invoice by email. With this declaration we accept your offer to conclude the contract, so that upon receipt of this email a valid contract for the goods listed therein comes into effect. In the case of collection by the customer, the contract is concluded when the goods are handed over. If you do not receive a dispatch confirmation or the delivery of the goods within two weeks, you are no longer bound by your order.
  3. All agreements made between the buyer and us in connection with the purchase contracts are set out in writing in the order confirmation / invoice and these terms and conditions.
