The Helikon-Tex Chicom Chest Rig is a modern interpretation of a military classic – simple, robust, and versatile. Inspired by historical load-bearing systems from the Vietnam War era, it offers you a lightweight, flexible platform for urban operations, CQB tactics, or training situations . Thanks to its compact design, your gear is always readily accessible without restricting your movement.

With its three magazine pouches , which can be closed with hook-and-loop fasteners or optional pull tabs , the Chicom Rig easily accommodates AK/AR magazines . The modular base can be individually expanded via side MOLLE/PALS panels – for example, with grenade pouches, additional magazines, or IFAKs. Even below the chest rig, further equipment can be attached. A flat inner pocket with soft hook-and-loop fasteners provides space for documents or accessories from the VIS system.
