The Helikon-Tex Chicom Chest Rig is a modern interpretation of a military classic – simple, robust, and versatile. Inspired by the historical carrying systems from the Vietnam War era, it offers you a lightweight, flexible platform for urban operations, CQB tactics, or training situations. Thanks to its compact design, you always have your equipment within easy reach without being restricted in your movement.

With its three magazine pouches, which can be closed with Velcro tabs or optional pullers, the Chicom Rig easily accommodates AK/AR magazines. The modular base can be individually expanded using MOLLE/PALS panels on the sides – for example, with grenade pouches, additional magazines, or IFAKs. Additional equipment can even be attached underneath the chest rig. A flat inner pocket with soft Velcro closure offers space for documents or accessories from the VIS system.
