The more Experience Points (XPs) you collect, the more exclusive benefits you can secure through your rank.
You start your mission by creating a customer account. As soon as you register, you’ll receive your own adventure pass, which lets you collect XPs on your journey.
Existing loyalty card holders will continue to receive their entitled discount and collect points at the same time. Once the loyalty card expires, the status is determined according to the points collected.
With verification, soldiers, emergency services and volunteers receive a fixed base of 5,000 XPs so they can continue collecting. Learn more about the Behörden-Bonus here (https://www.asmc.de/pages/behoerdenrabatt).
Experience Points, also called XPs, are ASMC’s loyalty points. For every euro you spend, you receive 5 XPs. By collecting points, you can secure exclusive benefits.
Score like a ranger! Every mission you complete – whether it’s a purchase, writing a product review or referring friends – earns you valuable XPs. The more missions you successfully complete, the more XPs you collect.
Your points are stored while you’re inactive. As long as your account remains active, your points will be retained. However, if you are inactive for a year, your points will expire. Stay active and keep your adventure going!
On your birthday, you’ll receive a gift in the form of Experience Points (XPs). So that we can credit these to you, please enter your date of birth in the Prime League under “Happy Birthday” beforehand. Without this entry, the birthday gift unfortunately cannot be activated. Please note that the date is not automatically taken from your customer account.
If you didn’t receive points on your birthday, it’s probably because your date of birth wasn’t stored in the Prime League. Check in your Prime League account whether you’ve entered your date of birth under “Happy Birthday”. Only with this entry can we credit your gift.
