At ASMC, the legally prescribed 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
You can find details in our cancellation policy.
In addition, we voluntarily grant you an extended return period of a total of 31 days from receipt of the goods.
Within this period you can return items easily – for a refund or an exchange order.
Please always use our returns portal to register your return: www.asmc.de/apps/returns
There you will receive:
ASMC Easter-Egg Hunt/surpise-Z9NTF
the return slip, which we ask you to enclose with your return shipment
the option to specify reasons for return
a comment field – e.g. for notes on damaged goods
Note:
A photo is always required for returns, especially for damaged or faulty goods – but also for better traceability.
Print out the return slip and enclose it with the parcel.
Pack the items well, ideally in the original packaging.
Print out the return label or show the QR code in the store to have it printed.
Remove old shipping labels, if present.
Drop off the package at DHL or with the specified shipping service provider.
A direct exchange is currently not technically possible.
If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item as normal.
To ensure that your return can be accepted, please observe the following:
The items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging
Labels, accessories and original packaging must be included in full
Returns of custom-made products, hygiene items or perishable goods are excluded
Only one free return per order is possible
Once your return has been received and successfully checked, the refund will be issued within approx. 14 days via the original payment method used.
Please note:
In the event of a return within our returns policy, we do not refund the original shipping costs – unless it is a full return due to a defect or error on our part.
Returns within Germany are free of charge, provided they are registered via our returns portal.
Please note the following important points – to avoid unnecessary costs for you:

Returns that are not registered via the portal or our customer service create additional work – the extra costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.
Carriage-forward returns (parcels without a correct return label) incur high fees – these will also be charged and deducted from your refund.
For returns from abroad, you must ensure correct customs processing.
If, for example, the return shipment is not correctly declared as a “returned goods shipment”, customs and handling charges will be incurred – these will also be deducted from the refund.
Therefore, please always use our returns portal and follow the return instructions provided there to avoid unnecessary fees.
If an item is defective or shows a fault in the course of use, you can of course contact us even after the 31-day return period has expired.
With us you have the statutory 2-year warranty from receipt of the goods.

A brief description of the defect
One or two meaningful photos (especially in the case of visible defects)
Your order number or customer details
We will then check together with our complaints team whether a repair, replacement or refund is possible – depending on the individual case.
