Forestia Vegan Curry with Green Lentils meets the requirements for optimal nutrition under extreme conditions. This allows you to continue enjoying high-quality, quick-to-prepare meals even on outdoor excursions.

Preparation using the included heater bag:
1. Open the heater bag at the top mark and place the sealed food bag inside.
2. Fill the heat pack with water up to the lower mark and then fold the open part downwards so that it is closed again.
3. Place the bag on a flat or slightly inclined surface so that the liquid can spread out. After approximately 30 seconds, the inside of the heater bag will warm up.
4. Your food will be ready in about 12 minutes.
