This robust knife lives up to everything its name promises: SFK stands for Swedish Forest Knife and this knife is ideal precisely for that outdoor environment, for the forest and nature. It reliably assists with food preparation, various woodwork tasks or hunting. The 10 cm blade is made of Böhler K720 steel, which has also been additionally heat-treated to achieve enormous stability. Thanks to the Scandi grind, it can be sharpened with ease.
The handle is made of oak, which has been treated with a Scandinavian linseed oil blend to improve stability. Thanks to the slight curve of the handle, the knife still sits ergonomically in the hand even after long use.
