This compact ration is ready to eat, requires no heating or cooking, and contains high-quality, easily digestible ingredients. Each pack contains 2300 kcal – enough to fully cover an adult’s daily energy requirement. The bars can be eaten directly or mixed with water into a porridge or drink.
