The Dutch oven from Petromax is also known as a Dutch oven. The ft12 version of the pot, with its 11.5-liter capacity, is suitable for dishes for up to 20 people.
Whether at home or outdoors, the cast-iron pot with pre-treated surface (seasoned finish) is ideal for cooking and baking.
The pre-seasoning eliminates the need for initial curing, so the Dutch oven can be used straight away. It is used over an open fire or with charcoal. The lid with raised rim allows the pot to be heated from all sides, as charcoal or embers can be placed on top. If required, the lid can be used as a pan, further expanding the possible uses. Another well-thought-out feature is the thermometer port for checking the internal temperature without lifting the lid.
