The Thaw disposable foot warmers, pack of 30, ensure pleasantly warm feet in cold and wet weather. The heat pads reach a temperature of approx. 37 degrees and maintain it for a good 7 hours. The odorless insoles are activated by contact with air and are thus ready for use immediately and anywhere. A self-adhesive surface keeps the insoles in the intended position. - Suitable for shoe sizes 38-45
