The Dutch Marine jacket comes from Dutch Army stocks and is in used condition. It closes with a full-length snap button placket and also has zippered chest pockets and a sleeve pocket. With shoulder epaulettes and hook-and-loop areas on chest and upper arm for attaching insignia.
For the NATO size, the first four digits stand for body height, the last four digits for chest circumference. NATO 5060/8590, for example, stands for a body height of 150–160 cm and a chest circumference of 85–90 cm.
