With the vegetarian Tactical Foodpack oatmeal with apples you get a high-energy meal for missions, emergency preparedness or outdoor trips. Thanks to freeze-drying, all ingredients remain of the highest quality in terms of both taste and nutrients. The emergency food is prepared from natural ingredients without additives or flavour enhancers.

Preparation:
Open the pouch and remove the oxygen absorber. Pour in 250 ml of (hot) water and stir several times. Reseal the pouch. Your meal is ready in about 6 minutes.
