Freeze-drying preserves all ingredients in terms of both taste and nutrients at the highest quality. The emergency food is prepared from natural ingredients without additives and flavor enhancers.

Preparation:
Tear open the pouch and remove the oxygen absorber. Pour in 300 ml of (hot) water and stir several times. Reseal the pouch. Your meal is ready in approx. 8 minutes.
