Thermacell - Insect repellent handheld device MR-450 grey

The Thermacell insect repellent handheld device MR-450 heavy duty is ideal for mosquito control when fishing, hunting or camping and is equally suitable for use in the garden. It protects you within an area of around 20 square meters from up to 98% of mosquitoes and similar insects. It uses active ingredient mats that are heated by a mini butane gas grill with piezo ignition and release a repellent modeled on natural substances. The ZoneCheck, powered by a CR2032 battery, indicates when the MR-450 has reached its full effectiveness. Since the repellents are virtually odorless, Thermacell is the ideal alternative to lotions and sprays that are applied to the skin. The device is simple and safe to operate.
The scope of delivery includes, in addition to a clip that allows easy attachment to a belt or gear, an initial supply of consumables. This consists of one butane gas cartridge and three active ingredient mats. They have a service life of 12 hours.
