The lightweight Cougar softshell jacket from Helikon-Tex protects against wind and rain. Its discreet look conceals cleverly thought-out tactical features. Three concealed ID panels for service badges, two at the front and one large one at the back. In addition, the large Quick Side Access™ side pockets allow quick access to gear attached to the belt. A 2-way zipper in the collar secures the adjustable hood.
