The Origin Outdoors fire steel “Goliath” is a true giant among fire starters – ideal for bushcrafters, survival pros and anyone who needs to rely on their gear. With up to 22,000 ignitions, it is extremely durable and reliable – even under the toughest conditions.

The solid magnesium alloy with a length of 15 cm and a diameter of 1.2 cm produces intense sparks that reliably ignite even damp tinder. Thanks to its size, the Goliath can be operated particularly well with the back of a knife – even when wearing gloves.

The included approx. 3 m long paracord serves not only as a carrying or attachment loop, but can also be used in many ways in an emergency. In addition, an emergency whistle is integrated – for greater safety in critical situations. The transport pouch protects the fire steel and keeps it ready to hand.
