Walther - Compact Knife Sharpener

The Walther Compact knife sharpener offers two cutting angles for different knife types. The 34° angle is suitable for kitchen knives, while the 50° angle can be used for hunting and outdoor knives. The carbide inserts in the dark, coarse V-cut provide the initial sharpness. The ceramic inserts in the fine white V-cut polish the blade, restoring its original shine. Hold the knife sharpener with your left hand by the grooved surface and press it onto a non-slip surface. After just three to four strokes with minimal effort, the blade will be ready for use again.
