Summit to Eat Mexican Chicken Fajita with Rice is suitable for festivals, deployments, emergency preparedness, and outdoor trips. The emergency food is freeze-dried and, if stored correctly, has a shelf life of 7 years from the date of manufacture. Summit to Eat is the successor brand to the proven outdoor food Mountain House and is produced by the same company. It is tailored to the outdoor and adventure tourism market and offers varied meals with low weight and a small pack size, so you don’t have to go without tasty food on your trips.
PREPARATION: Remove oxygen absorber, add 275 ml of hot water (up to about mark C) and stir contents thoroughly. Reseal the pouch, leave to stand for 8 minutes, then serve or eat straight from the pouch.
