ASMC grants a 31 day right of return. Regardless of your statutory rights, we grant you a voluntary right of return for 31 days from receipt of the goods.
RETURNS WITHIN THE EU
CANCELLATION
If you want to return an item, select "Orders" in your customer account under "My account" and click on "Return item". Here you can easily print out your return slip and prepare the desired item for return.
We require the invoice number, your customer number and the reason for the return.
Please do not forget to include your return slip in the package. This information is necessary to ensure that we can identify your return and everything runs smoothly.
To Cancellation Policy
By cancellation, you bear the costs of the return.
Refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

CANCELLATION
If you want to return an item, select "Orders" in your customer account under "My account" and click on "Return item" or click here. Here you can easily fill out your return form and send it to us with one click. Please always state the reason for the return. You can request the return label directly, print it out and prepare the package for shipping.
For items that meet the requirements, there is also the option of requesting a "freeway ticket" with which you can return the package to us free of postage.
