Brassard efficace et grand !
Par contre, vous avez intérêt à faire de la musculation pour qu\'il tienne, des bras de videurs feront l\'affaire, pas obliger non plus d\'être un gars sous testos\'.
Je suis un minimum muscler des bras, et ça descend, donc je pense qu\'il faut de la muscu \"au dessus\" pour un matient optimale ! Sinon, c\'est un bon achat ;)
