The fire starter from Highlander is a combination of a spark generator rod made of steel with plastic handle and a scraper. To start a fire, just scrape the spark rod quickly until a sparks are produced. The sparks should then fall on dry flammable materials, such as paper, dry grass, etc. A must for every survival kit or outdoor backpack.

    Zwar schnell geliefert , aber die Schnur vom Feuerstahl in der Verpackung schon gerissen

    Das Produkt ist gut, bisher ist bei mir nichts abgebochen oder abgefallen. Zum Feuermachen nutzte ich den migeliferten schaber. Wie genau man vorgehen muss man allrdings ausprobieren, da keine Bedienungsanleitung vorhanden ist. Ich suchte mir einen trockenen Stein, schabte ein paar Magnesiumspähne ab. Dann legte ich den Zunder darauf (trockenes Gras) und nach ein paar versuchen brannte der Zunder. (Mein erster Versuch fand im Winter statt nach Scheefall am Vortag.) Viel Spaß beim selber Ausprobieren! ^^

    au premier usage le bâton se détache de la poignée et le bout de fer conçu pour frotter est cranté ce qui ne facilite pas la manœuvre mais la complique.
