Fast, secure & worldwide delivery options – this is how your gear gets to you reliably

Here you can find all information about our shipping costs, delivery times and international shipping options. We ship reliably with DHL and Deutsche Post AG – your shipment is always fully insured as standard, without any additional costs for you.
Our processing time is usually 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday) until handover to the shipping service provider. You can see any exceptions as well as the estimated delivery time at any time on the respective product page. If we have to split an order into several shipments on our side, you will incur no additional costs. Subsequent deliveries are of course free of charge for you if they were caused by us or the carrier.

Shipping within Germany

Shipping costs for standard delivery:

• DHL Small Parcel: €3.95
  (for small shipments up to 1 kg and suitable dimensions – shown in the shopping cart if available)

• DHL Standard Shipping (up to 31 kg): €5.95

• Each additional parcel up to 31 kg: + €5.95

• Free shipping: from €99 order value

DHL Express – 24-hour delivery service:

Conditions:

• Order by 2:00 p.m. (Mon–Fri) or Saturday by 12 noon and receive your delivery on the next working day 

• Only for immediately available items and items that may be shipped by express (option only selectable at checkout)

• Items that cannot be shipped by express are not available at checkout

• Delivery Monday–Friday (no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays)

• Delivery not to Packstations or P.O. boxes

• No changes or cancellations possible after order completion

• Payment by prepayment excluded

Delivery guarantee:

• guaranteed delivery within the booked time slot

• in case of delay: refund of the express surcharge

• no guarantee in case of absence, public holidays or force majeure

• within Germany only (excluding islands & military mail)

• Claims for damages going beyond reimbursement of DHL Express shipping costs are excluded.

Outside Germany

• France, Benelux (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands)

  • Shipping costs within these countries are 8.95 EUR for parcels up to a weight of 31 kg.
  • Each additional 31 kg increment incurs extra shipping costs in the amount of the base charge.
  • From an order value of €129.00 we deliver free of shipping costs

• Austria

  • The shipping cost share within these countries is 9.95 EUR for parcels up to 31 kg.
  • Each additional 31 kg increment incurs extra shipping costs in the amount of the base charge.
  • From an order value of 149.00 EUR we deliver free of shipping costs

• All other EU countries (except Croatia and Latvia)

  • Within these countries, the shipping charge for parcels up to a weight of 31 kg is 12.99 EUR.
  • Each additional 31 kg increment incurs extra shipping costs in the amount of the base charge.
  • From an order value of 149.00 EUR we deliver free of shipping costs

• Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway

  • The shipping charge within these countries is 17.99 EUR + 0.55 EUR for parcels weighing up to 31 kg
  • Each additional 31 kg increment incurs extra shipping costs in the amount of the base charge.
  • From an order value of 199.00 EUR we deliver free of shipping costs

• Kazakhstan, Türkiye, Ukraine, Croatia, Moldova, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Israel, Tunisia

  • The shipping cost share within these countries is 24.99 EUR up to 1 kg, plus a surcharge of 1.50 EUR for each additional kg.

• Argentina, Australia, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, French Guiana & Polynesia, Estonia, Guadeloupe, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Latvia, Malta, Martinique, Melilla, Mexico, Monaco, Mongolia, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Réunion, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Taiwan, Chad, United Arab Emirates, Cyprus

  • Shipping costs within these countries are 29.99 EUR up to 1 kg, plus a surcharge of 3.50 EUR for each additional kg.

For shipments to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred as part of your order, which are not paid to us or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities.
