The LT373 multi-pouch is more than just a classic utility bag – it was designed to be ideal as a medic bag . Made from robust Cordura® , it is durable and ready for use in the harshest conditions.

Thanks to the hook-and-loop fastener, the pouch can be directly integrated into plate carriers or chest rigs. The modular design with a separate hook-and-loop fastener and buckle allows for quick removal of the pouch without loosening the mounting – ideal for medical emergencies or passing it around within a team.

Inside, hook-and -loop panels allow for flexible organization (e.g., MX374, MX375, LT522). The wraparound reverse zipper protects against dirt and allows the bag to be fully opened , giving you immediate access to your gear. A pull tab at the top provides lightning-fast access.

Particularly clever: On the underside there are 6 loops and an elastic cord , which you can use to securely attach and compress a tourniquet , for example.
