The Bundeswehr combat knife with Tanto blade in coyote colored design for use in desert areas. To protect against reflections and to increase the rust proofing the entire blade is coated with a dull black coating of Kalgard. The ergonomically shaped handle made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide has a finger guard with thumb rest and an eyelet for a lanyard. The tang end can be used both for defense and for smashing windows. The coyote-colored plastic nylon sheath with special strap fits all MOLLE / IDZ carrying systems and can be rotated 180 °. On the back of the sheath is a diamond sharpener.
