extremely disappointed with this machete after only a few batons the handle cracked between the rivets, which makes it unusable, it looked solid this is not the case with the handle... first time I am disappointed...

The machete is well made (the handle was also OK for me). Thanks to the sturdy blade and its own weight, I was also able to chop through the trunk of a fallen pine tree. The piece is really fun and the sheath also fits wide belts, such as the BW belt:)

When you regrind the handle and blade, the machete is a great companion for the forest. Price/performance is great.

A bit massive product but good quality/price ratio for outdoor use, very good for cutting firewood. For the jungle, I have not yet tested it in the Amazon!
