The Sealskinz Waterproof All Weather Ankle Length Socks with Hydrostop are wind- and waterproof, yet breathable socks. The 3-layer construction ensures warmth, durability and waterproofness and makes the ankle-high socks an ideal item of clothing for various weather conditions. The Merino Wool has an insulating and temperature-regulating function so that you are best equipped for longer tours in cold and damp surroundings. Strategically placed elastic inserts provide additional support for the foot, a footbed padding reduces pressure and absorbs shocks so that fewer pressure points and blisters occur.
The Hydrostop technology is intended as an additional seal between the sock cuff and the skin, so that almost no water can get into the socks along the leg. Because of this close fit, the socks should only be used outdoors and not for a long period of time. Incorrect or prolonged wear can lead to excessive friction on the skin and in very rare cases may also cause minor skin irritation.
