Our range of outdoor pans and pots offers many top products that will accompany you on your upcoming hikes. In our product assortment you’ll find high-quality camping cookware from brands such as Trangia or Tatonka, which you can tailor to your personal needs.

We carry outdoor pans and pots in different sizes so that there is suitable camping cookware for every pack. Accordingly, our products vary in both size and weight and allow for different storage options, enabling you to stack your new outdoor pans and pots inside one another as desired. Last but not least, at ASMC you’ll also find camping cookware made from different materials: depending on your preference, you can, for example, take advantage of the benefits of stainless steel outdoor pans or instead opt for camping cookware made from aluminum.

Stainless steel vs. aluminum – the advantages of each type of camping cookware

In addition to shape and size, outdoor pans and pots also differ in their material properties. To make it a little easier for you to choose your new camping cookware, we’ve listed some advantages of each raw material below.

Outdoor pans and pots made of stainless steel offer a significantly lower risk of food burning than camping cookware made of aluminum. This is due to the reduced thermal conductivity of stainless steel. On top of that, outdoor pans and pots made of stainless steel are easier to clean thanks to their smooth surface, which is especially advantageous when you’re out in nature.

If you opt for camping cookware made of aluminum, you benefit from a significantly lower weight compared to stainless steel. Outdoor pans and pots made of aluminum are therefore particularly suitable for backpackers who want to carry only light gear. In addition, camping cookware whose surface is refined and equipped with a non-stick coating offers significantly better cooking properties than outdoor pans without such refinement. However, this also makes them much more sensitive to impacts and scratches, which can often be a disadvantage when you’re on the move.
