Have you found an identical product cheaper at a competitor? We’ll match it!

In 4 steps to the best price:

1. Secure proof
   Take a screenshot of the cheaper offer. Important: price and product title must be clearly visible. 

2. Send link & screenshot
   Send the screenshot together with the link to the product page by email to: info@asmc.de or via WhatsApp to +49 06821-7495299.

3. Review
   We compare the offer as quickly as possible, but at the latest within 1–2 working days. If everything fits, you will receive an email from us with the confirmed best price offer.
4. Order conveniently
   You will find the link to your order with the reduced price in a separate email. There you can select your payment method as usual and complete the purchase.

Terms and conditions of the best price guarantee

There are also a few clear rules for our best-price guarantee so that everything remains fair and transparent – for you and for us.

Requirements for validity:

1. Valid comparison price
   The reported price must be up to date for the day, publicly visible and clearly recognizable directly on the competitor’s product page. Please send us a link and a screenshot for verification.

2. Comparable provider
   The retailer must:

   • is based in the EU,

   • act in accordance with applicable EU law,

   • must be a commercial supplier (no private sale, no fake shops without legal notice).

3. Comparable item
   The competing product must:

   • must be new, in its original packaging and undamaged,

   • be immediately available,

   • identical to our product (manufacturer, item number, etc.).

4. Excluded offers
   The best-price guarantee does not apply to:

   • B-goods, defective goods, EU re-imports

   • Auctions (e.g. eBay) or private classified ads

   • Marketplace offers (e.g. Amazon Marketplace)

   • Price comparison portals (e.g. Idealo)

   • Expired discounts or promotional prices
     

5. No combination with discounts
   The best-price guarantee cannot be combined with:

   • voucher codes

   • Customer card benefits

   • individual dealer terms or special discounts

6. Shipping costs are included
   In our comparison we always take the total price including shipping costs into account.

7. Commercial quantities
   The price comparison only applies to normal household quantities. Bulk orders or commercial purchases are excluded.

8. Only for items in stock
   The guarantee applies exclusively to items that are in stock with us. Pre-orders or unavailable products are excluded.
