General Terms and Conditions for subscriptions at ASMC

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between ASMC GmbH (hereinafter "ASMC") and the customer (hereinafter "you") for the various subscriptions and subscription products at ASMC. By taking out a subscription, you agree to these GTC.

2. Conclusion of contract and term

2.1 ASMC subscriptions can be concluded via the asmc.de website.

2.2 Depending on the option selected, the subscription term is either 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and is automatically extended by the chosen period unless notice of termination is given in due time.

2.3 The contract is concluded when ASMC confirms the order by email.

3. Services

3.1 The subscriptions at ASMC include various exclusive benefits such as discounts, special offers or early information about new products and promotions. The exact contents are described on the respective offer page.

3.2 ASMC offers various subscription products whose services may differ depending on the type of subscription selected. Changes or extensions to the subscription products will be communicated in good time.

3.3 ASMC reserves the right to adjust the content and benefits of subscriptions in order to optimize the offering. Changes will be communicated in good time.

 3.4 If a product included in the subscription is not available at the time of execution/delivery or is permanently removed from the range, ASMC reserves the right to provide an equivalent replacement product or to refund the affected portion of the service on a pro rata basis. In such a case, ASMC will inform you in good time.

4. Prices and payment

4.1 The subscription prices are listed on the ASMC website and include the applicable statutory VAT.

4.2 Payment is made by credit card, PayPal, direct debit or other specified payment methods.

4.3 The subscription fee is charged in advance for the selected period.

5. Termination

5.1 A subscription can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current term.

5.2 Termination is carried out via the customer account on the website or in writing by email to info@asmc.de. 5.3 Once termination has been completed, the subscription ends at the end of the current term; amounts already paid will not be refunded.

6. Right of withdrawal

6.1 You have the right to cancel a subscription within 14 days of conclusion without giving any reason.

6.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear declaration by email or post is sufficient.

6.3 If benefits from the subscription have already been used during the withdrawal period, a pro rata charge may be made.

7. Liability and warranty

7.1 ASMC accepts no liability for technical malfunctions or temporary restrictions of the subscription services that are not attributable to ASMC.

7.2 ASMC is liable only for intent or gross negligence, unless injuries to life, limb or health are concerned.

8. Data protection

8.1 ASMC processes personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

8.2 Details on the processing of personal data can be found in ASMC’s privacy policy.

9. Final provisions

9.1 ASMC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. You will be informed of any changes in good time.

9.2 Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

9.3 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Saarbrücken, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
