Pasta with tomatoes and garlic is a tasty and nutritious vegetarian freeze-dried meal with a high proportion of vegetables. The meal contains no flavour enhancers and therefore offers only a minimal taste difference compared to freshly cooked food. To alter the flavour as little as possible, Bla Band uses fresh ingredients that are all freeze-dried separately.
Preparation:
Tear off the top and fold out the bottom. Add 400 ml of boiling water (level G). Stir. Reseal. Wait 10 minutes. Add more water if desired. Can be prepared with cold water; in that case extend the time to > 30 minutes.
