The Tactical Arctic Longs for women with wool mesh are the perfect base layer for extreme cold conditions. Thanks to the combination of Wool Thermo Mesh inside and a Merino wool layer on the outside creates something exceptional Warmth-to-weight ratio. The mesh structure forms insulating air cells that store warmth while efficiently transporting excess moisture and heat to the outside. The outer merino layer absorbs this moisture, allows it to evaporate, and at the same time provides additional insulation. This keeps your body reliably warm and dry – even during intense activity or in the harshest weather conditions.
The longs are specially tailored to a feminine cut and sit comfortably with a wide, elastic waistband. Flat seams prevent chafing, while the ultra-soft, itch-free material ensures a pleasant feel on the skin. Even when damp, the longs insulate, remain odor-inhibiting and are particularly safe thanks to their high heat resistance. Proven by Norwegian military and expedition teams, the Arctic base layers have been honored with the innovation award of the Norwegian textile industry and rank among the best cold-protection layers worldwide.
