- Original German Army hard biscuits from the well-known EPA rations
- Robust formula and packaging for long shelf life
- Ideal for outdoor activities, trekking, emergency supplies and field rations.
The BW Hardtack Panzerplatten 125 g are among the classic field rations of the Bundeswehr and have been a staple of individual meal packs for decades. With their compact shape and sturdy packaging, they are ideal for outdoor trips, trekking, camping, emergency supplies, or as an energy-rich addition to your backpack. The hardtack is particularly resistant to external factors like moisture, heat, cold, and rodent damage, making them reliable to store and transport. They are humorously nicknamed “Panzerplatten” due to their firm consistency and long tradition as field food. With 125 g per package, they are conveniently portioned and provide a simple food solution when durability, toughness, and easy portability are essential. Depending on the batch, the biscuits can have a shelf life of up to 4 years.
