Petromax - Burger Iron

The Petromax Burger Iron is a great addition and should not be missing in your outdoor kitchen. Made from robust cast iron with a ready to use finish, you can use it straight away to prepare fine burger patties without first doing a burn in. The grooved surface gives the patties the typical grilled look and thanks to the heat-storing material, they can be cooked with the residual heat after searing.
After use, the two forms of the burger iron can be separated from each other for cleaning. The Petromax scraper with grooves can be used to easily remove roast residues.
