- Rapid heat generation due to chimney effect
- Even heat distribution across the entire grilling surface
- Versatile use thanks to the integrated cooking cross
With the Griddle plate for rocket stove, you can turn your rocket stove into a versatile cooking and grilling station. The solid 6 mm steel plate provides you with a durable plancha surface to evenly cook meat, fish, or vegetables. The rocket stove's natural chimney effect quickly heats the plate and distributes heat efficiently across the entire surface. When seasoned, a natural non-stick layer develops, delivering intense seared flavors and making grilling much easier.
The included pan support ensures pots, Dutch ovens, or percolators have a stable base—even cookware with feet. At the same time, it supports airflow within the stove, promoting better heat distribution. While you cook or grill, you can conveniently add fuel without interrupting your setup. The Griddle plate for rocket stove adds maximum versatility to your rocket stove, from quick searing to complete outdoor meals.
