The Petromax grill fire pan gp35 is ideal for preparing meat or vegetables as if fresh from the grill. The robust cast-iron pan works just as well over an open fire as it does in the oven. The ridged pan base ensures low-fat cooking and the typical grill stripes. The meat rests directly on the ridges and does not cook in the fat. The pre-treatment (seasoned finish) saves you the initial seasoning, so you can use the grill fire pan straight away. For easy handling, the pan has a long handle and an additional grip. After cooking you can also place the pan directly on the table for serving, since cast iron stores heat for a long time.
