Spice up your day with our popular vegan vegetable chipotle chili with rice. The smoky chipotle chili sauce delivers an intense taste experience and is refined with fine dark chocolate, which gives the dish a pleasantly deep note. Together with bell peppers, cauliflower, onions and kidney beans, this creates a strong, hearty chili that lets you enjoy a home-cooked-style meal even on the go.
The meal is ideal for camping, trekking or expeditions – lightweight, nutritious and quick to prepare. Thanks to cooking and subsequent freeze-drying it is particularly easy to transport and weighs only 136 g in its dry state. To prepare, simply add hot water, stir and wait a short time – your warming chili is ready to serve in less than ten minutes.
PREPARATION: Remove oxygen absorber, add 245 ml of hot water (up to mark E) and stir thoroughly. Close the pouch, leave to stand for 8 minutes, then serve or eat directly from the pouch.
