The Checkboard Shorts with tightly woven poplin fabric feature subtle shimmering effects thanks to the elaborate fil-à-fil weave and are easy-care due to their very good washing properties and low susceptibility to dirt.
Sewn together from many small squares, the shorts form a cohesive whole. The elaborate patchwork is printed with a subtle flower pattern that only catches the eye when you look very closely. Matching the retro nature look, only wooden buttons are used throughout.
But it’s not just the looks that make these pants special – the inside of the waistband is also sewn with a contrasting fabric, creating a great visual accent.
Despite all the focus on design, functionality is not neglected – the Checkboard Shorts have everything a real pair of leisure shorts needs: large leg pockets with drawstring, front slash pockets, 2 back pockets, wide, comfortable legs and wide belt loops.
