Travellunch - Fried Potatoes with Ham Lactose Free

The fried potatoes with ham from Travellunch is a lactose free, dried food which is preserved without refrigeration.
Preparation: Mix the contents with 300 ml boiling water, stir briefly, close bag and let stand about 5 minutes then pour off the remaining water. Heat included fat in a pan and fry the potatoes until crispy.
